The company also says it will launch a payroll and HRM application, Advanced People, during the second quarter. The new product can operate as a standalone payroll system or can integrate with Advanced Business. MYOB also fields MYOB Exo and PayGlobal in its mid-market line. While the company has said nothing about the possibility of expanding outside of its present market, that "global" word is worth keeping an eye on. MYOB has been busy in the last year. It went public in 2015—public again as its owner, Bain Capital, had taken it private several years ago.
MYOB ADVANCED ENHANCED
MYOB has introduced a customer portal for its mid-market cloud accounting application, MYOB Advanced. The Australian-based software company has also brought to market MYOB Advanced OnTheGo, a mobile app for Apple iOS and Google Android. MYOB Advanced is sold in Australia and New Zealand, but it is of interest since it is built on the Acumatica engine.
