It is Insight’s third acquisitiin this year, following the March purchase of BizNet Software and f the May acquisition of Jet Global Data Technologies. The purchaser said the deal also strengthens its planning and budgeting capabilities with advanced integration and automation and simplified and shortened planning and budgeting cycles. Bizview has offices in Norway and Sweden and addresses other European channels through partners such as Agency DNA and Differentia in the United Kingdom; Climber in Finland Germany and the U.K.; and Blue Octopus in Belgium. It is also represented in several countries by Visma.
