Gohman was an executive with Xero from 2016 through this year and was president of Xero Americas from 2016 through 2018 and then served as chief platform business officer. Prior to that she was with Capital One for eight years, where she was EVP and Head of Small Business Bank for Capital One’s Spark Business from 2013 through December 2016. Her departure from the New Zealand-based cloud software company follows Xero’s appointment of Ben Richmond as country head for the United States and Will Buckley in the same position for Canada and the hiring of Tony Ward as president of Xero Americas in May.
