New co-CEOs Jennifer Morgan and Christian Klein conducted the earnings call this month so the company had several significant developments to digest. Morgan said many of its customers use Azure and requested the ability to accelerate migration. SAP said the project, called Embrace, will ease the migration while there will be a combined support model for Azure and SAP Cloud Platform to simplify resolution and  improve communication. The partners will also conduct joint surveys to determine customer needs. Morgan emphasized customers will continue to have a choice of public cloud platforms, specifically AWS. For the quarter just ended, after-tax product was about $1.4 billion, a 30-percent increase over a year earlier. Revenue hit approximately $7.52 billion, up 13 percent over last year’s corresponding period. Cloud revenue totaled roughy $1.98 billion, rising 37 percent year-over-year.
