He will continue as chief product and technology officer, overseeing the software company’s global portfolio. Palsule joined Epicor in January 2015 and was as head of global delivery until getting the CTO designation mid-2016. Palsule joined Epicor after working at Sage since 1997, serving as CTO with Sage from July 2012. Before that, he was VP and GM of products and technology with Open Systems.
