Terms were not disclosed. A Dynamics reseller, Artis joins LBMC, which carries Dynamics GP/SL  and 365 Business Central and Finance and  Operations, along with Sage Intacct. Based Charlotte, N.C., Artis  was founded by chairman Gary Artis and CEO Kurt Vorhies in July 1989. Artis was the last reseller to publicly carry the Interdyn name. Interdyn was once a group of cooperating top Dynamics VARs, whose members appended that organization’s name to their own. Most have been acquired while the still operating New York, N.Y.-based AKA Enterprise Solutions dropped the InterDyn name. LBMC and the former L. Kianoff joined the consortium in 2012, but neither used the name publicly and Kianoff was acquired by the Warren Averett Technology Group. InterDyn is apparently inactive as a business organization.
