Avalara is providing information through a chart, “State sales tax relief at a glance” which is update as conditions change. It is also offering a country-by-country report on actions on Value-added Taxes. All states with sales taxes are waiving penalties; only Alabama, North Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin have not waived interest. Only Alabama, Illinois and North Carolina  have not offered filing extensions. Washington has no extension for monthly filers, but does for quarterly and annual filers. With payment extensions, only Florida, Illinois. North Carolina, South Carolina and Wisconsin are not onboard.
