FFORCE NAMES SALES EXECS Featured

FinancialForce, which has had turnover in its sales leadership in the last few years, has hired two new sales executives. Both most recently worked at Oracle.

The cloud software company named David Schloss as VP and general manager of the Americas and Stewart Monk as VP and GM for EMEA. Schloss, whose LinkedIn profile shows he started the job in February, was with Oracle from March 2011 through February.  He held executive positions in cloud software applications, including HCM and workforce management. Schloss was group VP of diversified industries North America in his last seven years there. Monk, who joined FinancialForce in March, had two tenures at Oracle. He was a sales manager in the HCM/HR area from February 1996 through January 2012 and then worked with the software giant from March 2012 through February. LinkedIn profiles show more VP hirings in the same time.  Another Oracle veteran, Nicole Milstead, started work in February as VP of sales strategy. Milstead held VP positions in two stints at Oracle, the first was from January 1999 through February 2008, where she was VP of business development. She rejoined the software company in January 2015 and was consulting VP, field engagement, in her last two years there. Also joining in March was Christopher O’Grady as VP of enterprise sales.
