Lagan left in January 2020 to become chief customer and people officer at BetterWorks. Before Lagan, Adrian Ivanov held the position from April 2016 through April 2017. Bajtos was with VMWare from February 2009. He was chief customer officer from February 2016 until he took the new job.

FinancialForce has named Scott Bajtos as chief customer officer. Bajtos, who joined the software company last month, becomes the third person to hold that position in four years. That level of turnover has been typical of executive positions below CEO Tod Nielsen.
