Terms were not disclosed. It is the latest in a chain of purchases in the last two years by Insight, with acquisitions of Longview, Mekko Graphics and Event1 since January 1. The purchaser said the deal adds “expanded capabilities for market-specific regulatory compliance and accounting requirements in Europe.” Viareport’s products have built-in support for International Financial Reporting Standards and it offers consolidation application for closing requirements in companies such as France and Germany.

Insightsoftware, which owns the Jet Reports line, has acquired Viareport. That company, based in Paris, France, markets cloud-based financial consolidation, lease accounting, reporting and forecasting applications.
