The deal is expected to close before the end of 2020.  It was the fifth acquisition for Insightsoftware, this year, as string that started with the February purchase of Longview Solution.  Based in Germany, IDL sells market-specific services and software for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, along with serving the broader European market. Founded in 1990, IDL is described as having a strong base of SAP users in Europe. Its flagship is the IDL CPM Suite, which includes integrated applications for Group consolidation, financial planning, operational planning, management reporting, regulatory reporting and analysis.
