The growth rate slowed a bit in the fourth quarter with a 12-percent increase in cloud subscriptions to $29.6 million for the most recently ended quarter. Unit4 said total bookings rose 18-percent year-over-year and 20 percent for the last quarter of 2020. Cloud bookings rose 43 percent over 2019 and were up 82 percent for the fourth quarter. The company only addressed earnings with the note “Pre-COVID EBITDA commitment achieved”  Unit4’s announcement also described “strong global growth including its North America business, which is seeing growing demand for the Unit4 Cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and its new ERPx solution” but provided no revenue numbers in these areas.
