SWK. noted it created an HCM division in 2018, which it says has become one of the company’s fastest-growing division. SWK’s other offerings in the software segment are Ascentis, ScissorTail HCM, Workforce Go. It also has a program to connect clients to ADP’s Workforce Now.

SWK Technologies is buying a Sage HCM reseller. The East Hanover, N.J.-based VAR said it has signed an agreement to buy the HCM division of Chicago, Ill.-based PeopleSense.
