QAD BUYS ECOMMERCE OUTFIT Featured

 QAD has acquired WebJaguar, which provides ecommerce products. Terms were not announced. 

 The manufacturing software company says WebJuagar will provide its customers with “an integrated Digital Commerce solution” for B2B and B2C online sales for its Adaptive Supply Chain and Adaptive Manufacturing Enterprise applications and will be the basis for QAD’s road map in that space. QAD itself was acquired by investment firm Thoma Bravo in 2021. Web Jaguar’s capabilities include order management with inventory, shopping cart, quick re-order form, shipping and RMAs. There is also contact management systems, Google analytics support. QAD says APIs provide easy integration with CRM, warehousing, shipping, sales tax automation and ERP solutions
