Unit4 has hired Dave Dyer as regional president of North America as the software company is paying renewed attention to this continent and the channel here.. His duties include sales, operations and service.

He replaces John Gregitis who moved into the job in January 2011. There have also been a couple of other notable changes in the last few months, including two involving the channel. Joining in November was Andy Christiansen, who become North American VP of the partner ecosystem. He came from the Deltek channel program where he was director of global alliances. Scott Koblenz joined this month as director of North American partner recruiting. He spent nine months as senior channel manager, director of partner recruiting for Infor. Before that, Koblenz was with Sage from September 2015 through May 2109 where he was senior channel development manager and senior North American partner recruiter. There is a definite North America theme here. Dyer spent more than three years providing business advisory services and concurrently was CEO advisor for Aiven, which manages data infrastructure. He was chief revenue officer for Actiflo from 2017 through 2019. He had a tenure of nine years with SuccessFactors, where he was SVP of sales and stayed with that unit in the same role after SAP acquired it in 2014, leaving SAP in 2014.
