He left the company in March, after serving as COO since August 2020. De Rujter joined Sage in January 2021 and was previously managing director and global head of HR, HOST Operations at HSBC from June 2019 through January 2021.Before that, she was people director for Liberty Global from November 2015 through June 2019.
