Exact is expanding into the German-speaking DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) with the planned purchase of ERP provider, Weclapp from German holding company, 3U Holding. 3U said the value of its holdings, about 71 percent of the Weclapp shares, is about 227 Euros, roughly $228 million.
