DYNAMICS GROWTH SLOWS AGAIN Featured

 Dynamics growth continue to slow for Microsoft’s second quarter ended December 30—the fifth straight quarter in which growth decelerated..

The product line’s revenue rose by 13 percent year-over, compared to a 15-percent increase for the first quarter. That was up 7 percent in constant currency.  Dynamics revenue grew by 15 percent for the first quarter ended September 31; 9 percent for the fourth quarter ended July 31; 22 percent for the third quarter ended March 30, 2022; 29 percent for the second quarter ended Dec.31, 2021. For the most recent quarter, the Dynamics total was up 20 percent in constant current. Dynamics 365 revenue growth dropped to 21 percent—up 29 percent in constant currency—from 24 percent for the first quarter. Net income dropped to $18.56 billion for the most recently ended quarter, off 10 percent from $20.5 billion a year ago. Second-quarter revenue was $52.75 billion, an increase of 2 percent from $51.73 billion in last year’s corresponding period.
