Based in Grand Rapids, Mich., MAS provides services such as technical support, software upgrades, training, data migration/data import services, new system implementation services and custom Crystal Reports development for forms and reports. MAS was founded in 1990. The alliance program, which was created five years ago, has enrolled VARs, independent business consultants and CPA firms. It provides partners with access to products and services from Net@Work and sister companies, Docutrend, Pixafy and Swype. Net@Work executives have described the alliance program as a trial marriage to let parties know if an acquisition might be appropriate.

Net@Work has acquired another member of the Net@Work Partner Alliance Program, Management Advisory Services. MAS is a long-time Sage 100 and BusinessWorks reseller. That follows last month’s purchase of Inventory Management Solutions, which was also a member of the program.
