Stephanie Poore takes over from Alain Laing, who had held the position since October 2008. Laing has been appointed the chief customer strategist of South West Europe and Latin America and chairman of UK&I for IFS. Poore, who has been employed by the ERP vendor for almost eight years, was previously sales director from January 2022. Prior to that, she spent three years eight months as an account manager.
