In his new position, Knott leads the team for IFS Assyst, its service management application. Knott has worked for the ERP software vendor since July 2019. He was hired to head the global partner and channel organization. IFS said during that tie, the partners segment grew to contribute more than 40 percent of the company’s software license revenue. According to his LinkedIn profile, Knott stepped into the new position in January.
