Charlton held the CEO job from February 2019. Roberts was previously CEO of Alchemer from August 2018 through taking the new job. Prior to that, he was with the Reed Group from six years eight months. He was CEO from January 2013 through October 2017. He was with Accenture from September 1992 through March 2009 and became partner with the firm from 2001.
