Bid Management releases bid management information and updates to all subcontractors at once, while the subs can post bids with dates, time and different versions capable of being tracked. The system also monitors subcontractor certification and qualifications. Each of these packages can be run stand-alone or integrated with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Information that can be shared includes extras, cost codes and categories as well as project information such as estimates, commitments, costs and revenue.
SAGE CONSTRUCTION HITS CLOUD
The cloud-based Sage Construction Project Center and Sage Bid Management have been launched. The company says unlike its products with the designation "c" after the numbers, these are true cloud applications. A cloud-based hub, the Construction Project Center enables members of project teams to collaborate and share information. The software has automated document distribution and tracking along with audit trails.
