RedTail has been headed by CEO Bob Gleason since 2008. A HighJump fact sheet describes TrueCommerce as a "nearly $70M dollar network business" that represents about half of Minneapolis, Minn.-based HighJump's revenue and said HighJump has been able to grow under Accel-KKR which has had a majority ownership in HighJump since October 2012.

HighJump has expanded its presence in the EDI market with the acquisition of Westborough, Mass.-based RedTail Solutions. RedTail becomes a part of HighJump's TrueCommerce operations with plans to eventually bring the acquired operations under the TrueCommerce name, but with no current change in strategy or focus.
