Founder and previous CEO Arnie Bellini has moved into an advisory role. Magee joined the company in 2011 and become COO in 2016. Craig Fulton, chief product officer since 2017, moved into the newly created position of chief customer success officer in January. Also during the January reorganization of the executive team, Jeff Bishop, VP of ecosystem, was named chief product officer. Kathy Smith, who served as VP of services and education, took an advisory role in preparation for her retirement this year.
