Sugar said it will continue to sell, support and service both products as standalone offerings indefinitely. It will also increase investment in Salesfusion engineering, services and support resources. SugarCRM has acquired Salesfusion, which makes marketing automation software. Terms were not disclosed. The deal, announced this week, follows on the March purchase of emall integration applications from Collabspot by SugarCRM.
