Repay Holdings was back on the acquisition path this week with the announcement it will buy BillingTree for about $503 million. It is the largest acquisition ever for company which has been sopping up payments companies and came days before Repay announced a 20.4 percent increase in revenue for the first quarter ended March 30.

Indirect tax software vendor Vertex has acquired Taxamo, which makes cloud-based tax and payments applications for ecommerce and market place. The transaction was for about $200 million in cash.

Scanco Software has announced the purchase of CI Global Technologies’ entire Sage 300 product portfolio. Scanco markets warehouse management and manufacturing applications for Sage 100 and Intacct.
