She is represented by the firm of Cheech & Chong. Actually, she's going to plead the action was part of study in which wanted to see the effects of gravity on glass. ... A science report says that peanut butter may prevent breast cancer in girls. ... We can look forward to a generation of high school boys offering to apply it as an ointment. ... In sports news, the NCAA announced that this year's Hunger Game playoffs have been expanded to 64 teams. ... Kanye West's well publicized Twitter feud with Jimmy Kimmel is drawing attention to English grammar and the conjugation of the verb "to tweet." The proper usage, as demonstrated by West, is "I tweet. I tweeted. I am a twit." ... Starting to see some truth-in-advertising on the opening screens of email services such as Aol and Verizon/Yahoo: "This one simple trick could cost you your life savings."  And in other news about candor, Dr. Oz finally messes up, telling viewers "Don't pay attention to the man behind the curtain." ... The Federal Aviation Administration may act to allow passengers to use most electronic devices below 10,000. Now maybe it will vote to allow the airlines to serve real food.
