New capabilities include support for multi-ERP and multi-company data and the ability to support any business object document. There is also a new Quote object, designed to receive and display quote information provided from Infor ERP, and it also introduces the ability for a Quote to be created and associated with a Contact, Account, Opportunity or stand-alone.
INFOR UPDATES INFORCE SOFTWARE
Infor has released a new generation of its Inforce software. Built on the Salesforce platform, it connects Salesforce with Inforce, a marketing application. Via the company's Ion technology, the software facilitates two-way communication between the back-office and Inforce so that data entered in the ERP system automatically updates in Salesforce and vice versa.
