"The stats clearly show that customers will use multiple apps from a single suite, if those apps work together more deeply than a patchwork of products from different vendors," Raju Vegesna, Zoho’s chief evangelist, said in a prepared statement. In addition, a new unified search feature can execute across multiple applications. Users will be able to track KPIs and trends from the Analytics Tab and create customer reports and dashboards. They can also import data in third-party applications and analyze it along with the data from Zoho's apps. The company also said its AI assistant, introduced by Zoho CRM, will be extended to Zoho One. Zia can pull data from various applications and handle complex queries. It will be made available in phases this year. Zoho also will open the Zia Platform so users can extend Zia with custom skill sets.
