The Recalculate Inventory Quantities Utility recalculates the totals in the back order, on order, and committed fields on the inventory item. With Multiple AR Contacts, customers can save multiple contacts for each AR customer for the purpose of sending out email statements or invoices using PDF Blaster. There is also the ability to print a gift receipt with all the information, but not include the price. The option will utilize a simple check box to print the gift receipt.

Cougar Mountain Software has released CMS Professional 2014, the latest edition to its business and non-profit accounting software. Added features include the Pure Product Sales Report that provides net product sold, sales amount, sales tax, freight, returns/credits, and purchase discounts and shows monthly, quarterly and yearly totals when printed.
