Infor also signaled its willingness to integrate with other applications to add functions. Infor agreed to integrate both Infor HCM and Infor Payroll with ADP's Smart Compliance. SmartCompliance services include AlinePay, which incorporate the Aline Card for surcharge-free ATM transactions. Overall, SmartCompliance handles the broad range of payroll services including employment taxes, garnishments, tax credits, employment verification, and unemployment claims. Infor HCM customer also gain access to ADP's Health Compliance, which handles Affordable Care Act requirements.

Infor has signed on to integrate ADP's services and processes with its Infor HCM in the United States. The payroll company appears to be on a campaign to offer products through HCM. In June, FinancialForce announced it is largely offloading HCM functions to ADP and Infor noted that alliance, along with ADP's integration with Oracle, Workday and SAP.
