In its submission for Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2017, ISM reported revenue of $4.98 million and 25 employees. BJ O’Reilly, ISM’s president and principal, will become chief technology officer for East Hanover, N.J.-based SWK. Carla Brown, ISM's EVP and owner, will be VP of partners and alliances. The ISM total will be added to SWK’s $34.9 million in revenue and 158 employees.
SWK TECHNOLOGIES TO BUY ISM Featured
SWK Technologies is acquiring ISM (Info Sys Management), a Portland, Ore.-based Sage Acumatica reseller. SWK’s parent, SilverSun Technologies, says the purchase price of $1.7 million includes $300,000 cash and a $1.4-mllion convertible note and will be effective on June 1.
