Exact has begun providing Exact Managed Services, an IT management service for its customers’ information systems managers and experts. The vendor is offering automated monitoring and maintenance, basic remediation of common IT problems, application-specific data validation and regularly scheduled IT services to keep Exact customers’ solutions optimized.
