Results reflect a charge of roughly $5.5 million relating to divestments and acquisitions of the last two years, and presumably this includes the subsidiaries of the former Qurius in the U.K and on the continent. Prodware said during 2014 it anticipates expanding its market in Europe. It also plans to continue the development of mobile applications though new offerings for multichannel and digital marketing. In France, Prodware carries Sage 30, 100, 1000 and X3 and CRM and Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM. Prodware U.K. carries the same Dynamics line but does not handle Sage.

Results for the Prodware Group, a Microsoft and Sage reseller based in Paris, France, show net income rose for the year ended December 31 while revenue increase by 23 percent over 2012. Net income was roughly $10.6 million while revenue hit $243.6 million. This analysis is a little sketchy as the company's full results have been posted in French at www.prodware.fr. But the March 20 press release describing them is not yet available in English on the Prodware U.K. page, or by the English version of the company's main web site.
