Once the two programs are unified on the MS-SQL database, the modules will be upgraded to SAP's Hana in-memory database. The combined companies have more than 80 employees and 25 Achieve One modules, 40 partners and 200 customers. The Port Jefferson corporate headquarters will serve the Americas while its Noida, India, subsidiary, will service Europe, Middle East and Africa. Achieve IT CEO Timothy Singleton noted the deal provides not only the expanded product line but gives his company the ability to support more customers and partners in Asia and the Middle East.
