The Retail product offers item, inventory, order and cost management along with handling price and promotions, replenishment and allocation, stock ledger and sales audit and integrated planning. The system utilizes open source technology and also is built on the commerce platform provided by GT Nexus, which was recently purchased by Infor. The company says its suite can unify disparate systems and data stores. The API-based web also makes it easier for the Infor application to integrate with other products.

Delivered via Amazon Web Services, Public Sector is described being able to provide customized solutions for each civic, government or public organization.
