Dresser has nine full-time employees and about $3.5 million in annual revenue, according to founder Mark Dresser, who will lead the New York City reseller's Employer Resources practice. Dresser said his company has succeeded through maintaining strong connections with its customers. "We contact our customers at least once every six weeks," he said. Dresser also typically offers 20 to 30 monthly webinars on how to use Sage's HR and payroll software. Dresser has been president of his company since founding it in December 1992.

Continuing to grow its business segments outside of financial software, Net@Work has acquired Dresser & Associates. Dresser, based in Scarborough, Maine, has been a frequent member of the Sage President's Circle and has about 600 customers. "For us to be an amazingly good HRMS shop, we needed to expand our acquisition strategy," Net@Work co-president Alex Solomon said this week about the deal.
