Frydman noted the change this week in his LinkedIn profile. He had held the SWK job from January 2010 through July 2016. He joined SWK, along with Andrew Nunez from Nextec. Frydman had served as consulting manager for Nextec's New York practice while Nunez, EVP and head of strategic account operations for SWK, had been practice manager for NexTec East Coast operation. Their move triggered a suit by NexTec which resulted in an agreement for the two to adhere to the terms of their contracts with their former employer.
