In October, Anna Campopiano showed up from Cook where she was group head of internal communications. We will assume they are related. Anna was either interim or full chief communications officer at Sage until March or April—both shown on her LinkedIn page. Caroline Scott became of EVP organisation design] design and people services. Scott was group head of organisation effectiveness and HR Services at Cook through March 2015. Jenny Peters joined Sage as VP of internal communications in December. She was group head of communications at Cook. Not everyone was from Thomas Cook. Amy Lawson became director of corporate communications in August 2015 after serving as chief press officer for the British cabinet officer, obviously following Sage CEO Steve Kelly, who headed British IT. With most global execs—concentrated in England, interesting things have happened. Sage press releases have been posted on the British website, not the North American. And they have not been converted to American English—hence organisation and personalised, and calling part of the NFP market the "voluntary sector". Perhaps, it's not a big issue, but it says something about the company.

People who change jobs tend to hire their friends and Sage has changed a lot of exec jobs in two years. One example is how Sage communications was restocked with executives from Thomas Cook. This started when the Sage group hired Sandra Campopiano as chief people officer in September 2015. She held the same title at Thomas Cook until February 2015.
