The Spring2 staff will move into Edie Bailly's office in Lehi, Utah. Spring2, founded in 1993, is owned by Neff Broadbent and Ken Berry. It carries Dynamics GP and CRM, along with software from Solver, Avalara, and Wennsoft.

Eide Bailly has acquired Spring2 Technologies, a Sandy, Utah-based NetSuite and Dynamics reseller. "Spring2 brings additional talent in implementation, development and customization to our team," said Scott Kost, director of technology consulting at Eide Bailly.
