Salt Lake City, Utah-based Navigator is headed by its founder, Grant Fraser. Also on the SMB side, the North American Business One award went to N'Ware, a firm with offices in Quebec and the northeastern United States. As with previous lists of winners, there was no award for Business ByDesign resellers in North America. In fact, the only award for that product was made in South America.
