Stuart was most recently CFO of the TMC Group from April 2012 until taking his new job. Before that, he was CFO and head of offshore operations at Alexander Mann Solutions from July 2008 through July 2011. At TMC, he oversaw 18 acquisitions with the company itself acquired by CVC Capital Partners in October.

Unit4 has picked Gordon Stuart as CFO, effective next month. He succeeds Yann Lea, who joined the company in that road in 2016. Leca will continue as a senior advisor to the CEO and board of directors.
