Terms were not disclosed. ARCOM, which was purchased by Alpine Investors in 2015, was renamed as Avitru in 2017. Alpine named Jim Contardi as CEO in 2016. The purchase makes Deltek the exclusive distributor of MasterSpec, a product of The American Institute of Architects. MasterSpec, developed by Avitru is a collection of master guide specifications for the architecture and design profession.
