INTERDYN AKA BUYS AX PRACTICE
Interdyn AKA has acquired the North American Dynamics AX practice from Business & Decision in an asset purchase. B&D is a European-based consulting and systems integration company. In the announcement, the companies said AKA has collaborated with the B&D AX team on many implementations.
AKA handles all four Dynamics accounting packages, along with Dynamics CRM, In February, B&D acquired Scottsdale, Ariz.-based AbilityCRM, CRM reseller. B&D carries Absalon CRM, Saleforce and SalesLogix. It also handles Infor, Oracle and Dynamics GP. AKA recently was one of two finalists for the Dynamics ERP Worldwide Partner of the Year Award from Microsoft. The company has consistency won top awards and was Dynamics partner of the year in 2003 and 2006 and a finalist in 2007, 2010 and 2011. Interdyn AKA is owned by Alan Kahn and Jack Ades.
