Products utilized by the acquired company include Cornerstone OnDemand, Skillsoft and dominKnow, Marc Blumenthal, founder and CEO, stays with Tribridge as president of Intelledon. The purchases bring his company’s 100 employees to the Tribridge, which is also based in Tampa, and had more than 500 employees when it made its submission for the Bob Scott’s Top 100 VAR list earlier this year. Tribridge is a Master VAR, but with this deal and last year’s purchase of the former ePartners, it seems to be putting its major efforts elsewhere.

Dynamics VAR Tribridge has acquired Tampa, Fla.-based Intelledon, a talent management solutions consultant and integrator. Terms were not disclosed but this appears to be a fairly large nugget for Tribridge to devour. Founded in 2001, Intelledon is a global company specializing in the talent and learning market.
