Kushneryk was most recently CFO at Pleio Health Support Systems, a job she took in January, and before that she held the same position at Gamerizon Studio from January 2009 through December 2012. Another of portion of her career overlapped the Gamerizon job. She was a Contractual CFO/Advisor from January 2007 through July 2011, which ERP Guru described as helping several early- and growth-stage companies to meet objectives. She has overseen acquisition projects and worked as an investment director in private placement.

ERP Guru, NetSuite's top reseller in 2012, has hired Geri-Lynn Kushneryk. A Chartered Accountant, Kushneryk has experience in venture capital, turnaround and restructuring of technology firms, as well as in operations and project financing. She replaces Gareth Sargeant. In a prepared statement, she said she is looking for to "helping the company maximize its numerous growth opportunities." And her LinkedIn page reflects a career that features experience in a wide range of investment and growth strategies.
