From January 2009 through December 2011, Lynn was managing director of Dynamics Ventures, which did not achieve its goal of rolling up Microsoft resellers. Before that, he was COO for Tectura, whose North American operations were just acquired by UXC Eclipse. Lynn was with that company from 2006 through 2008 and, according to his LinkedIn page, the company at that time had 2,000 employees and $330 million revenue and operated in 21 countries. Incidentally, the parts of Tectura remaining outside North America are estimated to be a $100-million operation.

Dynamics reseller Tribridge has named Jeff Lynn to the new post of Chief People Officer. Lynn, who has been with the Tampa, Fla.-based company since December 2011, was previously VP of professional services. In his new job, Lynn is responsible for recruiting, human resources, the Tribridge Academy for training and learning, and senior regional directors who deal with employees, customers, and partners.
