On the cloud side, Intacct had the most dealers on the list followed closely by NetSuite. Acumatica made a jump from last year and SAP's Business byDesign lingers on and two VARs reported carrying Infor's Cloud Suite, the first showing by that product. NetSuite and Intacct had roughly the same number of VARs in the top 50. But Intacct had the advantage among the smaller firms with four times as many as NetSuite among the last 20. Acumatica had the biggest percentage improvement—reported by 12 of this year's Top 100, compared to eight for 2014. The size disparity between Dynamics and Sage VARs continued. With Net@Work picking up NetSuite, the only Sage-only VAR in the Top 20 is ADSS Global, which parted ways with NetSuite. No Top 10 vendor has significant Sage revenue. For McGladrey, the No. 1 firm, its Sage sales are not large. The disparity is growing as Dynamics dealers as a group grew faster.
TOP 100 GOES CLOUD Featured
The preliminary analysis shows that in the Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs for 2015 that 55 of those listed carry cloud products. That's a jump from 44 last year. We'll get into the final numbers later (allowing for last-minute checks for publication next Friday). But the cloud has yet to penetrate the Top 20 firms significantly. Out of that 55, only six are in that biggest group and this seems attributable to the fact that many Dynamics resellers are staying loyal to Microsoft. Twenty-eight members of this year's class carry only Dynamics products and that includes 10 of the Top 20.
