That has shown from the LinkedIn profiles I have monitored over the last year—without any official word, I would say the number of women in all levels of management have grown. Kelly made no updates about how many of the top 100 employees have been hired since he took over this job two years ago. In July, Kelly said 70 of the top 100 execs globally had been replaced in his first 18 months. Kelly did not provide any targets for the number of women execs. By contrast, in its Social Responsibility Reports, SAP has provided targets for percentage of women at senior levels. This seems to be a more common practice among large European companies than in the United States.

Sage has put an emphasis on increasing the number of women among its executive ranks. According to CEO Steve Kelly, in the last 18 months women have risen from representing a quarter of the top 150 of the company's leaders to one third. Kelly made those statements in the company's recent webcast for its earnings for the year ended September 30.
